Cancellation policy

At Mindergy, our services are offered through subscription-based purchase options designed for professional use. Please review the cancellation terms carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Subscription Commitment

All Mindergy VR subscriptions are subject to a 12-month minimum binding period, regardless of selected payment option (monthly or annual).

By completing your purchase, you agree to:

  • A 12-month contractual commitment

  • Payment of all applicable subscription fees during this period

Subscriptions cannot be canceled during the initial 12-month term.

2. Cancellation After Binding Period

After the initial 12 months, you may cancel your subscription with:

  • 30 days’ written notice

The subscription will remain active during the 30-day notice period.

3. Payment Plans & Installments

If you select a monthly payment plan:

  • This is an installment structure for the service agreement

  • It does not constitute a lease or rental agreement

  • The full 12-month financial commitment remains binding

Early termination does not release you from the remaining payment obligations within the binding period.

4. Hardware Ownership

Upon completion of the 12-month subscription term:

  • Any provided headset hardware becomes and remains your property

  • No return of hardware is required upon cancellation after the binding period

5. Exceptional Circumstances

If the service fails to function as intended and the issue cannot be resolved after reasonable troubleshooting, Mindergy reserves the right to evaluate cancellation or refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acknowledgment

By purchasing a Mindergy VR subscription, you acknowledge that:

  • You are entering a binding 12-month agreement

  • Cancellation is only permitted after the binding period with 30 days’ notice

  • Payment obligations remain valid throughout the agreed term
