Welcome to Mindergy. By purchasing or subscribing to Mindergy VR services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully.

1. Subscription Overview

  • Mindergy VR provides software-based virtual reality experiences for healthcare and dental environments.

  • Subscriptions include access to the Mindergy platform.

  • All subscriptions have a 12-month minimum commitment. During this period, cancellations are not permitted.

  • After the initial 12 months, subscriptions can be terminated with 30 days’ notice. Upon termination after 12 months, hardware provided to you remains your property.

2. Payment

  • Subscription fees are billed as per your chosen plan (monthly or annual).

  • Hardware costs are invoiced separately or included in the first payment, depending on the plan selected.

  • Late or failed payments may result in suspension of service until payment is received.

3. Use of Service

  • You agree to use the Mindergy VR service in accordance with applicable laws and for its intended professional purpose.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the environment required to operate the software and hardware (including network access, power, and basic device care).

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are not provided for subscription fees during the 12-month binding period.

  • If the software or service fails to operate as described, please contact support. Mindergy will work to resolve the issue, and refunds will only be considered in cases where the problem cannot be remedied.

  • Hardware supplied as part of the subscription cannot be returned except in cases of manufacturing defects or non-functioning devices upon delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All software, content, and materials provided through Mindergy VR remain the intellectual property of Mindergy or its licensors.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for your internal professional purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Mindergy VR is provided “as is.” Mindergy makes no warranties beyond what is expressly stated.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindergy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or business interruptions.

7. Termination

  • Mindergy may terminate or suspend access to the service if you violate these terms or fail to pay subscription fees.

  • Upon termination, all subscription rights cease, but any hardware provided after the 12-month binding period remains your property.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Mindergy reserves the right to update these Terms of Service.

  • Updated terms will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
